Therapy Minis
President Ronald Reagan once said, “There is nothing better for the inside of the man, than the outside of the horse.” It is these words and some very special mini horses that have inspired the creation of the Sunset Ridge Therapy Minis. Though the word Therapy is in our title, our minis are about so much more!

Mission
The goal of the Sunset Ridge Therapy Minis is to provide the community with opportunities to interact with these amazing animals through school, hospital, church, nursing home, and public outings. They can visit to just say hello, for a special event, or to visit someone in need of a kind companion to come and visit. As of right now we have not gotten our non-profit status approved, however we run completely donation based. We will never turn down an opportunity to visit due to financial limitations, those who can give do, and those who can’t can pay it forward by sharing the word of our programs.
Did you know?
All of the minis training has been completed by 4H Club members as their year end project book under the supervision of trainer Amanda Jagniszak. The 4H is a youth led club that participated in a large amount of community service.
